How Berintek started

Built Around Careful Garage Door Work

Berintek began serving homeowners in Ottawa in 2019. The business grew around a clear service standard: inspect the whole system, explain the options and test the door before leaving. That same approach now guides our work in Calgary.

A garage door problem can involve more than the first damaged part you notice. Springs, cables, drums, tracks, rollers, panels and the opener work together. Checking the complete system helps us identify the cause and explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense.

Leonid Stepchenkov is Berintek’s owner and CEO. He has led the company’s garage door service work since 2019.

For local service, call (587) 885-9120 or use the estimate form. For service in Ottawa, visit the Berintek Ottawa website.

A clear approach to garage door work

How We Handle Garage Door Service

We find the cause, explain what needs to be done and test the door before we leave.

01

Inspect the Door

We check the door, hardware and opener to find what caused the problem.

02

Explain the Options

We explain what needs attention now, what can wait and which parts fit the door.

03

Test the Door

After the work is complete, we run the door through full cycles and confirm that the opener and safety features work properly.
